Product Introduction
SINCHOLD Rubber Pads are divided into two series: continuous pads and discontinuous pads. Continuous rubber pads are made of anti-wear, anti-pressure, anti-oxidation, anti-uv irradiation and oil-resistant synthetic rubber. The surface of the rubber pads has grooves to ensure that the rail floor is in close contact with the rubber pad, reducing the wear of the rubber pad. Rubber pad in the middle with enhanced lateral stiffness of rubber pad sheet steel, sheet steel thickness is very thin, easy to roll up for transportation, width of the steel and rubber pad width is with a certain proportion of the temperature range: 25 ºC ~ 100 ºC. Its products are widely used in ports, shipyards, steel plants, coking plants, cement plants, power plants and other industries.

Product Feature and Application
1. The section of elastic composite rubber pad is slightly convex, making its force reasonable. The small rectangular convex strip on the plate is easy to deform, which not only makes the pads easy to contact with the track, but also increases the elasticity of the pad. Play an absorbing effect.

2. The rectangular slot of the elastic composite rubber pad is placed in the direction of the direction of the pad, reducing the overall lateral deformation of the plate under the force of the plate, and alleviating the rubber surface damage caused by extrusion. Due to the steel plate, the structure is very reasonable. After two million fatigue tests, the performance was good. Therefore, even after long use, the pad will not be damaged.

3. The composite pad is used for laying the ground under the rail and the whole length of the rail. The width is 4-5mm smaller than the width of the rail. The composite pad structure becomes the middle layer rubber with 0.5-0.7 high quality steel plate. Composite plate is suitable for temperature - 20 ºC to 80 ºC.

4. 5. Reinforcing steel plate is embedded in the composite plate, which makes the composite plate has high lateral stiffness, even under the great wheel pressure, the surface of the composite plate with oil on friction reduction, then composite plate will not shift, reduce the wear and tear of the composite plate. Adopted the combination of adjustable rail clips and composite plate, vibration cushioning performance is greatly increased, significantly reduce vibration and noise produced by the crane operation, is conducive to the normal work of the crane mechanical parts, electrical and improve the service life.
