China DTIV-1 Subway fastening system

1. This fastening is elastic separate type, apply to 50 kg/m rails wooden sleeper ballast bed area.
2. Fasteners technical indicators:
(1) Fastening and casting die for National rail transit elastic strip (φ13), divide into A and B two types. Rail junction 6, 8 joint mat used type B type elastic strip, Other parts are used A type elastic strip. Tighten to play a central front chin contact rail pad shall prevail. Tightening torque for 100~120KN/mm.
(2) Vertical static stiffness of fastener node for 30~50KN/mm.
(3) A set of fasteners climbing resistance of not less than 11KN.
(4) Rail pad divide into the middle and joint two types, each has 6, 8, 10, 12, a total of four number. 6,12 number to adjust the gauge for later use.
(5) Fasteners level adjustment amount to 10 mm (Under the rail pad is 10 mm).
(6) Gauge to adjust the amount of + 4, - 8 mm.
(7) The resistance value of insulation parts are greater than 108Ω.

China DTVI-2 Subway fastening system

1. This fastening is elastic separate type, apply to 60 kg/m rail tunnel, U-typed Structure and ground pillow whole ballast bed area.
2. Fasteners for DI elastic strip (φ18), divide into the middle and joint two types. Rail pad divide into the middle and joint two types, each has 6, 8, 10, 12, a total of four number. 6,12 number to adjust the gauge for later use.
3. Fasteners technical indicators:
(1) Middle individual elastic fastener pressure is 8.25KN, elastic range is 10.5 mm.
(2) Joint individual elastic fastener pressure is 8.5KN, elastic range is 9.5 mm.
(3) Vertical static stiffness of fastener node for 20~40kN/mm.
(4) Fastener resistance to lateral load fatigue is 35KN, load cycle is 3X106 times.
(5) A set of fasteners climbing resistance of not less than 11.5KN.
(6) Embedded nylon casing pull-out force greater than 60KN.
(7) The resistance value of insulation parts are greater than 108Ω .

Rail junction 6, 8 joint mat used type B type elastic strip, other parts are used A type elastic strip. Tighten to play a central front chin contact rail pad shall prevail. Tightening torque for 100~120KN/mm.
(2) Vertical static stiffness of fastener node for 30~50KN/mm.
